At Gofitstrength, we are committed to delivering our products efficiently and reliably. Below are the details of our shipping policy for our B2B wholesale platform.
General Shipping Information
- Eligibility: Shipping is available for orders to be delivered within the continental United States, as well as international destinations, subject to certain restrictions and applicable international shipping fees.
- Carriers: We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver orders, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other major freight carriers specializing in large shipments.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. For large orders, freight costs will be estimated and communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Details and costs for expedited shipping will be provided during the order process.
International Shipping
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes.
- International Transit Times: International shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing and are not included in our standard shipping estimates.
Order Processing
- Order Cutoff Times: Orders received before 12:00 PM (noon) EST are processed the same business day. Orders received after this time are processed on the following business day.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
Freight Shipping
- Large Orders: Orders that exceed a certain size or weight will be shipped via freight carriers.
- Scheduling Deliveries: Freight deliveries require scheduling. Our team will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Damaged Shipments
- Inspection on Arrival: We urge you to inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. In the event that you encounter any signs of damaged or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours.
- Claims: Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect the resolution outcome.
